Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part time Entry-Level Recruiter to join our accomplished District Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, making phone calls to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting with reporting, and supporting the recruitment team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview schedules, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Support recruitment team with candidate sourcing.
  • Support recruitment team with maintaining follow-up with prospective and current candidates.
  • Prepare and update regular reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases and managing documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating job fairs, recruiting events, or other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Handle general office duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing materials for interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Must be coachable
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reporting.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
