What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, and value engineering for commercial projects
• Provide executive-level oversight on estimate development, bid strategy, and risk analysis
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors during design and pre-bid phases
• Mentor and manage estimating staff; promote team development and process improvement
• Present project budgets and recommendations to executive leadership and clients
• Ensure alignment between preconstruction deliverables and operational execution

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7+ years of experience in estimating and/or preconstruction for commercial construction
• Proven leadership in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and procurement strategy
• Strong understanding of market trends, construction methods, and cost drivers
• Expertise with estimating software and project management platforms
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Collaborative leadership style with a drive for excellence and accountability
