Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Franklin, TN 37067

Pay range: $13/hr - $14.34/hr

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database
• Ensuring all works data is entered correctly
• Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.
• Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Must haves:

• Prior data entry experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Ability to read and accurately input handwritten data.
• Familiarity with data entry systems, including AS400 and web applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
• Strong analytical background.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.
• Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.
• Works well in a team environment essential.
• Desirable (but not essential)
• experience using an AS400 system
• Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role
