• Maintain organized files for easy access and reference
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action when required
• Engage in email correspondence, providing clear and concise communication
• Use 10 Key Skills to input numerical data accurately
• Scan documents as part of the data entry process
• Type information and data accurately and efficiently.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for accurate data input.
• Strong Customer Service skills are essential to ensure effective communication and interaction with clients.
• Demonstrated Data Entry skills are necessary for the efficient management of information.
• Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally is needed for effective communication within and outside the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word is necessary for creating and editing documents.
• Experience in Organizing Files is crucial for maintaining a well-structured database.
