Job Description

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A DETAIL-DRIVEN, EXPERIENCED AND RELIABLE DATA ENTRY CLERK / ASSISTANT to help us manage and maintain company and client data. The role involves entering, updating, and verifying information in our systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel at working independently and possess a keen eye for detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
* Verify and cross-check data for errors, ensuring precision and completeness.
* Assist with compiling and organizing reports, documents, and records.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly data processing goals.
* Perform administrative support tasks, such as document scanning and data validation.
* Identify data discrepancies and report them to supervisors for resolution.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
* Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
