Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and reporting tools.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to meet departmental needs and support management decisions.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data throughout its lifecycle.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data for reporting purposes.
• Identify areas for process improvement related to data entry and reporting.
• Assist in training team members on data management procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
