Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer trends, issues, and suggestions for service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
