Duties:

•Assist Superintendent in a broad range of small construction projects

•Building maintenance and repair

•Landscaping and snow removal

•Basic carpentry and related labor work

•Load and unload supplies

•Cutting, chipping, burning with torch, soldering, drilling, coring

•Handle deliveries and pick-ups

•Assist trades workers

•Operating small power tools such as power drills, saws, core driller, and hammer drill.

•Assist with cutting and fitting construction materials under the direction of supervisor

•Keeping jobsite and surrounding areas clean and organized

Requirements:

•Provide a resume with dates of employment, companies worked for and positions held

•High School Diploma or equivalent

•Ability to make the daily commute to Boulder

•Must speak and write English fluently

•Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some heavy lifting
