We have an immediate need of an Entry Level Network / Software support person in Groveport/ Columbus area. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person. While at the shop, the tech will be dealing with computer-related repairs such as hardware and software troubleshooting, remote sessions with businesses to help our clients. Our team also helps customers find the right technology solutions for all their needs. While on site, the technician will do everything possible to resolve issues in customers' business. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Working directly with our clients with support issues Use ticketing system to manage our clients, status' or repairs-in-progress Cleanup software, virus removal, data back up and hardware troubleshooting Qualifications: Knowledge of networks (Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, VLAN, VPN, and RDP) Well-versed in Windows Some Experience in Server Management, Active Directory and GPO's.
