Responsibilities:

  • Policy Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial policies, from renewals and endorsements to billing and claims advocacy.
  • Account Strategy : Develop tailored strategies to manage and grow each account, leveraging the agency's resources to drive client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving & Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex coverage issues, working closely with the team to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in Commercial Lines account management, ideally within an independent agency setting.
  • Expertise : Knowledgeable in a range of commercial coverages, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proactive Mindset : Self-starter with a focus on client success and continuous improvement.
  • Location : Candidates must be based in the Chicago area for occasional in-office meetings and team events.
