About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The COO will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of operational functions, including Clubhouse management, human resources, compliance, safety, technology, and facilities. This role is pivotal in leading the day-to-day operations, championing the organization's mission, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the values of safety, fun, and inclusivity. Proficiency in productivity tools is required, and the role may involve local travel and flexible hours.
