About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The COO will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of operational functions, including Clubhouse management, human resources, compliance, safety, technology, and facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent collaboration across all departments and leading the day-to-day operations in a manner that is in line with the organization's mission, values, and commitment to the community. Key responsibilities for the COO include fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, leading a high-performing team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in shaping and guiding the evolution of HR strategies, promoting a people-first approach, and overseeing the organization's safety and facilities management. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a strong focus on creating a culture of belonging, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a proven track record in operations management and organizational growth.
