The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and oversee all aspects of people growth, training, and development, with a strong focus on advancing disability inclusion. The CHRO will be a strategic and action-oriented leader, responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision. This includes spearheading HR strategies for hiring, managing, and retaining employees, particularly those with disabilities, and leading the training and development program to support their professional growth. The successful candidate will also be involved in union leadership, ensuring positive relations and collaboration, and will play a key role in the organization's strategic goal of significant growth and impact. Experience in unionized environments, particularly with SEIU and Liuna, is preferred. The role requires a leader who is comfortable challenging ideas and balancing perspectives with senior leadership, and who has a proven track record in building accessibility initiatives and driving inclusion and diversity goals. The CHRO will be a key partner in strategic planning, ensuring that HR policies and practices support the organization's growth and mission.
