About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and expand its finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure they align with strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing financial strategies and policies that support the unique business objectives of the company. The CFO will also be tasked with refining profitability reporting systems, providing financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team and board, and monitoring financial performance to identify areas for improvement or risk. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a CPA and a minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with a background in banking and financial services. The role requires the ability to manage the Allowance for Credit Losses using CECL methodologies, conduct financial analysis for business opportunities, and evaluate the financial viability and risks of new projects. The CFO will be expected to provide insights on long-term growth strategies, capital allocation, and profitability enhancement, as well as to identify and mitigate financial risks. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing internal controls, and overseeing budget planning to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
