About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a commercial field services business that is poised for significant growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the sales strategy, executing a buy-and-build strategy with multiple acquisitions, professionalizing business operations, and driving organic growth through market analysis and innovation. Key responsibilities for the CEO include implementing efficient processes and systems, focusing on value creation through operational optimization, and technology leverage. The role demands a hands-on leader with a strong commercial acumen, experienced in M&A, and capable of managing a business with a substantial revenue history. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background as a PE-backed CEO or senior executive, with a proven track record in M&A, integration, and founder-owned add-on acquisitions. The candidate should be adept at managing companies with a revenue range of $50M to $75M, and have a specialization in facility or industrial services focused on commercial clients. Strong financial understanding, including balance sheet and cash flow management, is essential. The role presents exciting opportunities but also comes with challenges, such as implementing new processes and systems, dealing with founder owners on acquisitions, and transitioning companies to a PE-backed growth mentality. The CEO will work closely with the private equity sponsor and is expected to be a key player in the company's future success.
