The CEO will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 50 legal and advocacy professionals, managing a significant annual budget, and fostering a strong internal culture. This role requires a compassionate leader with high emotional intelligence, capable of leading strategic growth efforts and providing greater impact across the state. The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit leadership, particularly within the fields of disability rights or legal advocacy, and will be committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
