Description Cash Application SpecialistJBS is looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our Shared Services team onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This person will help facilitate the implementation of new upcoming projects. We are looking for a long-term team member to grow within the company and help us fulfill our mission of being the best in all that we do. RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily application of various deposit batchesResearch into remittances that do not relieve balances as a whole as pertains to line-item invoicesMaintain various backup documentsCreate deduction data on customer accountsInput adjustments created by CollectionsResearching open items from previous payments madeLook into open deduction amounts to confirm if there are available funds or credit open to offset themCollaborate with Shared Services departmentsCreate and maintain weekly progress reports to update the departmentAttend weekly meetings to address concerns, updates, and resolutionsUse HighRadius, SAP, and S4 for cross cash applicationsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years Customer Service and/or similar backgroundMust be self-motivatedMust maintain high level of accuracyMust be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customersMust be able to multi-task various tasksMust be able to work under strict deadlines with successCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationThe applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary of $19/hr; andCareer Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim's is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
