Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs and analyze data for effectiveness. Supervise and train behavior technicians and support team members. Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to provide holistic behavioral support. Lead by example, performing Lead Registered Behavior Technician functions as needed. Provide de-escalation support, adhering to BACB Ethics Code for Behavioral Analysts. Document client sessions and progress, analyze data, and review clinic procedures. Deliver one-on-one therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and communities. Guide and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Ensure coordinated client care with team members, including BTs, RBTs, and allied therapists. Adhere to professional and ethical standards per BACB guidelines. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders on progress and treatment. Maintain accurate client documentation, adhering to all policies and regulations. Ensure client safety and follow all safety protocols. Qualifications: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience with FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within a team Knowledge of behavior analysis ethical guidelines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Jewish community and various age groups Familiarity with ABA in diverse settings (schools, homes, communities) Proficiency in data collection and analysis software Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr PLAYTHINKS
