Job Description

Role: Azure Security Engineer Location: Washington, DC - Day 1 onsite Candidate main responsibilities will be: Managing Microsoft Azure Solutions across multiple platforms to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate and liaise with customer stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full life cycle. Required to meet customers to understand business requirements in detail. Should have adequate business savviness to ask probing questions to understand the exact requirements from the customer. Should thoroughly understand the Microsoft stack of products and services, with in-depth knowledge of how components interface with each other. Candidate should have: Direct experience of a range services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Storage, Networking and Azure Security. Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction. Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles that will be used. Familiar with solution implementation/management, service/operations management, etc. Maintains close awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application for service offerings and products. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills that are required to operate in a global environment. It is essential that the candidate has strong, in-depth, and demonstrable hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments. Microsoft Azure Platform As A Service ( PaaS ) product such as Azure SQL, App Services, Logic Apps, Functions and other Serverless services Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such including Azure AD or AD B2C Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates and deployment automation. Azure Best Practices (Subscriptions, security, billing, monitoring, and operations) Azure Security Azure Storage AKS Azure PaaS Azure Automation Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory Resource Groups Resource Manager Virtual Networks Group Policy Management WANs and Firewalls Futran Tech Solutions Pvt.
