About the Role We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven Software Engineers to join 11x’s Product Engineering team. You will own and lead engineering projects across our various product lines (Alice, Jordan, etc). The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping the future of AI in the industry, brings high energy and strong sense of ownership to help accelerate 11x’s growth. What You'll Do Build the world’s pioneering and best AI sales agents. As an engineer at 11x, you will design, build, and refine agents that solve problems no one has tackled before, unlocking new possibilities for the future of AI. About You 4+ YoE in a product focused software engineering role, with a proven track record of shipping scalable products to end users. Our tech stack is rapidly evolving - it includes NextJS (+ Tailwind), Prisma and GraphQL, with AWS and Azure in the cloud as well as use of OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and Perplexity. You have experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment, either as a founder or an early-stage engineer. You may have prior experience building with LLMs and Agents. You navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as 11x evolves. You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.
