Description Are you a recent college graduate with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills? Our clients in Baltimore are seeking an professionals interested in opportunities in Administration, Human resources, and Customer Support fields This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Maintain accurate records and databases. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. Manage complex calendars and appointment scheduling. Composing correspondence and memos Greeting and screening executive's telephone calls and visitors Supplying requested information to executives and staff, and scheduling appointments Locating and obtaining information from sources within or outside the organization Making requests as needed for IT and building maintenance. Managing scheduling of conference rooms Ordering of office supplies Placing catering orders for meetings and events. Requirements Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of office procedures, effective time-management, the ability to take minutes of meetings and compose business correspondence. Must be proficient in the use of personal computer with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), calculator, and other automated office equipment. Work requires interpersonal skills sufficient to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal and external contacts. Position requires analytical ability sufficient to manage executive office details and administrative responsibilities. Work managing the office functions, prioritizing daily workload with little supervision, meeting tight and often unexpected deadlines, and taking meeting minutes very frequently.
