We are seeking an Account Executive to join our fast-growing startup!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fleet accounts, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and up-to-date with service intervals.
• Proactively monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with Carma partner service centers to schedule necessary services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction with Carma’s services.
• Act as a liaison between fleet clients and Carma partner service centers, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Provide clients with regular updates and reports on their fleet’s maintenance status and performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency by recommending appropriate solutions or improvements.
• Support fleet clients in navigating the Carma platform, addressing inquiries, and providing training as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes.
• Foster trust and reliability by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and driving value for fleet clients.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
