Job Description
As an Account Executive at Noah Chemicals, you will:
• Manage Client Accounts : Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Drive New Business Development : Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients within target industries, expanding the company’s customer base.
• Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for customers.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM : Effectively track and manage leads, customer data, and sales activities to maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with internal teams such as customer service, technical support, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Achieve Sales Goals : Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts.
